How to Use a Voucher Code to Unlock a Broadcast

If you have received a voucher code to access an optional broadcast on Solidsport, please follow the steps below:
Please note that voucher codes provided by Solidsport Support (for example, as compensation) do not have an expiry date. However, once a voucher code has been used, it cannot be applied to other broadcasts, and the access will be linked to the user account that was logged in at the time of use.

Select the broadcast you would like to unlock:

Press on Buy stream

Then press on Use a voucher code

Copy the code and paste into the designated field and press Use voucher to gain access to the stream

You will now not have the Buy Stream option anymore and will either be able to press Stream now (if live already) or a countdown to when the stream takes place like picture below
