Payment problems

If you have problems with your payment, there are some things you can check. 


For single video/livestream purchases, check if this might be the problem: 

- You are using a mean of payment we do not accept. We accept Visa and Mastercards. We do not accept Electron, Maestro och American Express at the moment.

- Your card has not been unlocked for online purchases. Some banks require you to log in to your online bank and accept online payments. Contact your bank to find out if this is applicable for you.

- Double check so everything is put in correctly, card number, expiration date and cvc-code. 


If you get an email saying your subscription cannot be renewed, please check these things: 

- Make sure your card has not expired. 

- Check so that the card you have registered for the subscription has sufficient funds.
