When a livestream does not start there are different things that might have happened.
- There might be delays in the schedule so the game/livestream is delayed as well.
- The person filming the game could not show up to film it.
- Technical problems with network or equipment.
- The opponent team did not want the game to be filmed.
Solutions
- If you are able to contact the team streaming directly, please do this. This is the fastest way to solve the problem.
- Refresh your webpage in case it started a bit later.
- If the stream does not start at all, send us a message at support@solidsport.com to get a voucher code for the next game instead.
