If there is a video or a replay that is not working, please send us a message at support@solidsport.com with a link to the specific video so we can check what has happened.
The most common reason a replay is missing is because not enough time has passed since the end of the stream. The replay needs time to format and merge parts of the stream into one.
Sometimes, smaller technical issues might cause the video to not play all the way through, just let us know and we will take care of it!
